FAMILY LIVING
There are three parts to this fantastic house, all with open plan lounge/kitchen/diners. There is a main house with four bedrooms, and two additional apartments, making it perfect for larger groups who want to holiday together but still have their own space. Designed with the family in mind you have a mix of double and single beds, games for all the family and plenty of parking for 5 or more cars. Please note this property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
FUN & GAMES
Relax by the large pool or with a glass of something refreshing under the shade of the covered terrace and absorb the scenery that surrounds this villa. The built-in-barbecue area is just meant for family get-togethers, celebrations, or for everyone just to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal together. Enjoy family time together in the Games room which boasts a Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Darts and a PS4 to test your gaming skills. A full size Pétanque court gives you a fun way to spend lazy evenings while the sun sets behind you.
MAIN VILLA
The spacious main Villa has an open-plan lounge that features two bi-fold patio doors opening out to the terrace. The modern kitchen is filled with all the plates, glasses and cooking equipment you could ever need and with four generous bedrooms, two upstairs, two downstairs you can easily sleep 8 people. One aspect of the villa that cannot go unmentioned is the unique and exclusive waterbed in the master bedroom, comfort is just as important as design here. This villa is fantastically and tastefully designed with stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout. Carefully thought-out, refurbished and everything chosen by its owners, the villa is both practical and comfy, providing a real home-from-home.
APARTMENTS
Two fully independent apartments give you total flexibility in the way you want to enjoy your time at Casa Colina. The two Bedroom apartment has a double and single bedroom, shower room and fully equipped Kitchen / lounge with TV. Down a set of external stairs, you will find a very spacious one-bedroom apartment that again has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, lounge with TV.
