With views over the deep blue Atlantic from 3 of the 5 bedrooms and from the large terrace, and with the beautiful turquoise heated private pool (extra charge for optional pool heating), you may never want to leave the villa! The large bedrooms are naturally cool and comfortable with tile floors and air conditioning in the summer, and heating in the winter. A wood burning fireplace in the living room will warm your winter evenings. A washing machine is available for your use. We provide beach and bath towels, soaps, and shampoo.

Bedrooms
The villa has five large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom just 3 steps across the hallway.
Bedroom 2 is recently renovated with a new King-sized bed, amazing sea views from every window, ensuite bathoom with an extra large walk-in shower, AC and heating, and a private balcony.
Bedroom 3 is also recently renovated and comes with a new Queen-sized bed, sea views, new mirrored closets (not pictured), ensuite bathroom, and AC and heating.
Bedroom 4 is recently renovated with new Twin beds that can be made up to a queen size bed, new mirrored closets (new beds and closets not pictured) with a full bathroom (with bathtub) located just adjacent, and AC and heating.
Bedroom 5 - We have an optional top floor 5th bedroom so the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, which can be available upon request with extra charge. Newly renovated, this large room has sliding glass doors leading out to a huge terrace and the best Sea and Marina views in the Villa. With twin beds, AC and heating, and a seating area, you have everything you need to sleep and spend the day.
Bathrooms
With 2 ensuite bathrooms, and 4 total bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. All bathrooms are recently remodeled. There is a large bathtub in one bathroom. We offer hairdryers, bath towels, soap and shampoo.
Outdoor
The beautiful turquoise heated private pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. Heating the pool is optional with an extra charge. We set the temperature at 28 degrees so you can enjoy the pool all day long, even during cooler seasons.

Entertainment
Wifi and a smart TV with English and other language channels (subtitled in Portuguese so you can practice) are there for your use, or download your favorite apps. You can enjoy those sea views from the living room as well, while relaxing on our brand new sofas.
Kitchen / Cleaning
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with new dishwasher, oven and stovetop, with the large terrace immediately accessible to enjoy meals overlooking the sea, or in the dining room. A charcoal barbecue is also right outside the kitchen for your grilling pleasures. A fresh Robalo (sea bass) or Dorade, juicy hamburgers and fresh vegetables are our favorites to grill. Be the BBQ chef where you can grill and partake in the sundown activities on the terrace with views of the sea and sunset. Espresso machine, toaster, electric mixer, hot water kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishware and utensils are there to complete your home cooking experience.

If you do choose to leave the villa, the beach and old town of Albufeira are both less than 10 minutes walk. The Albufeira Marina is a 15 minute walk. A very well-stocked Intermarche grocery store, as well as a nice bar with snacks (The Art Bar), is a 2 minute walk away. A large Continente/Modelo grocery store is less than 10 minutes drive away. The Albufeira Shopping Center in Guia is less than 20 minutes drive.
Beach Access: Just a 6-minute walk to the "Elevador do Peneco" and to the sandy shores of "Praia do Peneco" (Peneco Beach), perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing.
Town Amenities: Enjoy local shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, offering everything you need for a perfect stay.
