Inside, this villa is spread over three levels and boasts an open-plan lounge, kitchen space, and dining area. In the main house, you will find four spacious bedrooms and two additional apartments.
Outside is made for sunshine-filled days. Boasting a large private swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers to sink into and a large shaded terrace that provides the ideal spot to absorb your surroundings, this villa is great in every way. There’s also a large outdoor dining area that is ideal for al fresco dining, and with your own built-in barbecue area to hand, you really won’t need to venture far.
Two fully independent apartments also provide optimum flexibility when it comes to enjoying your holiday with friends and family in tow. Carefully thought-out and refurbished, there really is nothing that this villa doesn’t have.

The Bathroom opposite the twin bedroom on the ground floor of the main villa has been set up for disabled guests with toilet rails, shower seat and wheelchair sink.
Outdoor
The pool is 13m x 5m and has a deep end of 2.2m.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £245 per 7 nights. Please book on website when making a reservation.
Games room - this is equipped with table tennis, air hockey, darts and a PS4 games console with about 15 games rated 12 and under.
We have a full size 15m x 5m pétanque (French boules) court with sets of Boules available.
Indoor
We have air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in Lounge / kitchen areas
In addition to the Cot and High Chair we also have a potty, child toilet seat, toilet step stool, booster seat and a lightweight folding pushchair.
Entertainment
TV's are provided in the Main Villa Lounge, Main Villa Master Bedroom, 2 Bed Apartment Lounge, 1 Bedroom apartment Lounge.
All TV's have an IPTV system with access to all main UK TV channels - BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, Sky entertainment, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT Sports and many, many more. Also TV channels from, many European countries plus the USA, Canada, Australia.
A Bose Bluetooth speaker is provided in the Main villa lounge plus smaller Bluetooth speakers in all bedrooms.
Kitchen / Cleaning
The main villa kitchen also has a Boiling hot water tap.
The main villa has extensive sets of cutlery, crockery, saucepans, cooking dishes and all kitchen utensils. The two apartment kitchens have a standard range of kitchen equipment as well

Please note: The Villa is only booked by 7 night blocks (i.e. 7 nights, 14 nights, 21 nights etc) with a change-over day of Thursday. Check-in is from 16:00 on Thursday and check-out before 10:00 on Thursday. This allows Housekeeping time to ensure the villa is extensively cleaned ready for the new guests.
Please note: In Faro District there is a Tourist tax payable between March & October, the rate costs €2.00 euros per person from the age of 16 and is applied for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected in cash by the Villa Manager during your stay.
